INTERNATIONAL STUDENT HANDBOOK

The International Student Handbook is designed to assist new international students, current international students and University staff.
New students will find the handbook especially helpful as they prepare to leave their home country and when they begin their studies here at Binghamton University.

A hard copy version of this Handbook is distributed at International Student Orientation. The advantage of this on-line Handbook is that it contains the most up-to-date information available.

Current students will find the information on Health Insurance, Immigration, Taxes and Cultural Adjustment very helpful. For information on Social Security application, banking and other living needs look in the Orientation section. You may also wish to check other links on the ISSS website.
