Friendship Family Program
The Welcome Reception and Dinner for the new international students is on August 23rd, 2005.We are making dinner reservations for our Friendship Families who plan to attend that evening."
The catering office will need our final count of the number of attendees by Friday, August 20th at the very latest. We will need to know the number of family members who plan to attend the dinner and if your student(s) will be sitting with you."
The Friendship Family Reception area will open at 4:30PM in the South Lounge which is adjacent to the Mandela Room in the old Student Union. We invite you and your new student to plan on meeting there before the dinner, particularly if you have not had an opportunity to meet one another before that time.
