Requesting Express Mail for Your I-20 or DS-2019

If you have a U.S. credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) or access to one, then the Office of International Student and Scholar Services can send you your new I-20 or DS-2019 via express mail, and you will receive it more quickly than regular air mail.

The express mail charge will be billed to your credit card, once we receive the invoice from the express mail courier. You will be notified by e-mail at the time your credit card is charged.

Note: Be sure to submit this request for express mail form within 48 hours of submitting your International Student Response Sheet. Otherwise, your documents will be sent by regular air mail.

Another option:
If you have a friend or relative in the United States, you can provide us with that friend or relative’s address. This person may then send the documents to you via express mail.

To have your documents sent to you by express mail, please click on the link below to complete the required form.

The form has two parts.

The first part asks you for information that will be transmitted to us over the internet.

The second part asks for credit card-related information, including credit card number and credit card expiration date. This information will not be transmitted over the internet. Instead, the information may be faxed or sent to us as a scanned document via e-mail.

Please note that the form itself must be provided since we are required to have the card-holder's signature on file.
