Orientation
Fall Orientation: International students who have been admitted
for the Fall 2008 semester are expected to arrive at the University no
later than Monday, August 18, 2008 to begin a week-long period of orientation
and course registration. Some graduate programs may require students
to arrive somewhat earlier than this date. Classes begin on Monday,
August 25, 2008.
Spring Orientation: International students who have been admitted for the Spring 2008 semester are expected to arrive at the University no later than Thursday, January 24, 2008, for orientation and registration activities. Some graduate programs may require students to arrive somewhat earlier than this date. If you are planning to live off campus, we advise you to arrive prior to January 24h in order to locate housing. If you will be living in University housing, we recommend that you bring a sheet, pillow case, pillow, blanket and towel with your for your first few days. Additional bedding may be purchased after your arrival. Classes begin on Monday, January 28, 2008.
